Anna O’Connell

President and founder of ADA. She is a lawyer specializing in art law and a guest teacher in art law at the London School of Economics (LSE) and former consultant lecturer in art law at Sotheby´s Institute of Art. She was formerly in-house lawyer at the Art Loss Register.

Marta Suárez-Mansilla

Vicepresident of ADA. She is a lawyer specialising in art law, Deputy Director of the Art Madrid art fair and Founder/Director of the legal consultancy, Artworld Law (www.artworldlaw.com).

Rosina Gómez Baeza

Vocal of ADA. Director of ARCO, the international contemporary art fair, for 20 years (1986-2006) as well as Director of the 1st Biennial of Art, Architecture and Landscape of the Canary Islands and President of Spain's Institute of Contemporary Art.

Lucía Ybarra

Vocal of ADA and managing Partner at art advisory firm, YGBART, which she co-founded in 2012. Lucía was Chief Exhibitions Officer at the Museo Arte Reina Sofia for 16 years (1995 to 2011).

Javier Fernández-Lasquetty

Vocal of ADA and Partner of the law firm ELZABURU. He specialises in Intellectual Property, ICT and image rights and is Director of IP programmes at the IE Law School in Madrid.

Agustín González

Vocal of ADA and a lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez where his practice focuses on intellectual property law.
